great room, we had a really big balcony, bathroom very clean and spacious, ordered breakfast to the room and the time it was delivered was spot on with the time requested, staff helpful, and they were making a film there with Joey out of friends when we arrived so was added bonus. Great location for shops in canary wharf and getting to O2, one stop on underground which was about a 10 min walk away.

clean, stylish and very comfortable. 5 minutes from canary wharf tube station and shopping mall. canary wharf to O2 arena one stop on the tube and you are almost in the arena

Booked this hotel when attending a concert at the O2. Reasonably easy to find from South Quay DLR station (turn left on leaving station - ignore instructions on their web site directions from London Liverpool street!). Rooms surprisingly large and clean. Wrong information from reception re cost of taxi to 02 - they advised £10 was actually £16 each way! Continental breakfast VERY basic i.e. no fruit. Otherwise would book again for concert/short stay.

Maybe want to consider more central hotel if looking to visit other London attractions.

brillant for the 02 Arena & show, only approx 5 minute walk from Canary Wharf Tube and it is only one stop to Greenwich North 02. But the breakfast was terrible. It is served between 7.00-10.00 , we came down at 9.30 am and there was nothing left ?? and I mean nothing left. We did manage to get a couple of peices of toast once I complained but it really was not good enough plus it was not clean the young lad had not cleared away anything. It was a shame because the Hotel is really nice and I would stay again if I was going to the 02 but I would book room only and eat out.

Top Tip
When booking go for room only and have breakfast out there is plenty in Canary Wharf

Worst example of a continental breakfast that I have ever experienced ,Left an overall impression of plastic , if the individual food cost exceeded 50p I would be amazed.

friendly and helpful staff...good location for O2 arena...room slightly shabby and facilities in room a little tired but good value for money paid
