This hotel is a contemporary, glass-fronted property with fantastic panoramic views overlooking the London skyline. The guestrooms are modern in style, are well appointed for guest convenience and comfort, and clean and well maintained. There are a number of dining options available, including 'Jenny's Restaurant', the 'Big Britannia Breakfast', the 'Pizzeria', and 'Cromptons' for more intimate dining.

Abismal customer service. I did not witness one smile.... extremely freindly and helpful ... didn't seem to want to help. ... friendly helpful staff ,... pleasant staff... cleaners start banging on the door from 8.30 ... Room service didn't answer the phone.... bar staff was excellent... no one at the bar and no waiter service at the bar.... too long to wait at reception ... service a bit slow at times ... staff helpful... friendly and helpful staff... Some staff very helpful, but others a bit indifferent... service rubbish... restaurant staff were very good...
