Like all Novotel hotels, this one is a good option for those who like bright, modern and clean chain hotels. There's a bar and restaurant and the bedrooms are really spacious. You can expect friendly service and coupled with the good location for visiting ExCel or the O2, it makes for an enjoyable stay.

Our guests have commented on the Hotel under the headings below. The area gives access into the city of London itself, via the DLR (nearest station is Custom House), or the underground (Canning Town station).
