Good location from the O2 with only one tube, a few DLR stops, and a short walk around 15/20 minutes total travelling.

The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. We did not realise how far away the O2 arena was from the hotel by taxi as there are traffic works going on until 2011 and we had to take an alternate root back to the hotel. We were not made aware of this and ended up spending £30 on a taxi, if we had been told this before hand we would of got the tube and DLR back.

The location is not great if you are on foot as you feel you are in the middle of a no-mans-land but fine if you are driving as there is a good car park and another at the hotel opposite where you can pay to park. The rooms are large and airy and spotlessly clean. Everything worked! The beds are very comfortable and the view from our window across the dock and the river were spectacular. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very well presented. It finished at 11.30 on weekends and there was still a good supply of everything from which to choose. I high standard of customer service from all the staff. A good restaurant at the hotel but otherwise you are a long way from anything. A perfect base for travelling to the O2 for concerts.
