Arriving

Travelling above ground on raised tracks but administered as part of the tube system, the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) runs from Bank station (Central or Waterloo or City lines) or Tower Gateway station (Circle and District lines), to Greenwich via Limehouse and Canary Wharf. Greenwich DLR station isn’t particularly close to the O2, but you can walk there in about 10 minutes. Trains run 5.30am – 12.30am from Monday to Saturday and 7.00am-11.30pm on Sunday. You can use your Oyster Card on the DLR (see London Transport Guide.)

North Greenwich tube station is located even closer to the O2 than Greenwich DLR station. To reach the O2 from the city centre, you can jump on the Jubilee line, which will take you directly there via Bermondsey, Canada Water and Canary Wharf.

London City Airport (LCY) is the closest to the O2. The DLR station is situated immediately adjacent to the London City Airport terminal building, with enclosed access to and from the elevated platforms. You can take the DLR to Canning Town then switch to the Jubilee line for North Greenwich.
